WHAT IF GUESTS DO NOT SHOW UP?

Please remember, you will be charged according to the headcount given 72 hours before the party.

WHAT HAPPENS IF GUESTS ARRIVE LATE?

GoGirl Spa Parties are booked based on a firm schedule and we want our guests to enjoy the services and their time with us. Services will begin at the time reserved, a 15 minute grace period will be allowed. After the grace period, we are unable to wait on other guests to arrive. Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to. We will not start the party until the Guest-of-Honor has arrived. If the Guest-of-Honor arrives after the grace period, then there will be a $20 fee for every 20 minute delay.  

WHAT IF MY CHILD DOES NOT WANT ALL OF THE SERVICES OFFERED AT THE SPECIAL EVENT?

Each special event is specially formulated to allow for all services to be completed within the celebration time. We cannot substitute services or offer discounts for services not used.

WHEN IS THE FINAL HEAD COUNT DUE?

GoGirl will contact you 72 hours prior to the party to confirm a final head count.  Once the final head count is confirmed, no additional guests will be added to the reservation.  

HOW EARLY WILL YOU ARRIVE FOR THE PARTY AT MY PLACE?

We arrive between 20-40 minutes prior to service start time, depending upon the amount of setup your party requires.

WHAT IS YOUR TRAVEL POLICY?

We will gladly travel to you -- travel fees apply. Please see Policies for fees.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE IN MY HOME FOR YOU TO SET UP?

Depending upon the type of party you book, we will need access to electricity and water.  Additionally, we need space to setup our service stations.

HOW DO I RESERVE A PARTY AT MY HOUSE?

Parties are booked on a first come, first served basis. To reserve your party date and time, a $50.00 deposit is required alongside a signed party contract.  We suggest booking at least 3 weeks in advance, although last minute reservations may be accommodated if scheduling permits.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY PARTY?

Once your deposit is paid, parties can only be rescheduled or postponed. We will gladly work with you to find an alternate date for your party based upon our availability. If you choose to cancel within 2 weeks of your event, your deposit is non-refundable.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY PARTY?
All you need to do to prepare for a GoGirl mobile spa party is designate a space for your party!  We take care of the rest.  We will bring everything needed for your spa experience including tables with coordinated linens and spa station supplies. Please let us know when booking your party if you have any special space restraints and we will tailor your spa experience to meet your needs. We also require access to running water.
