Once your party is booked, your contract and party information will be sent to you via email. If your preferred date for the party is unavailable, then someone from GoGirl Mobile Spa will contact you to assist you with dates.
Deposit
A $50.00 refundable deposit is required to secure your party. We accept Cash, all Major Credit Cards, and CashApp. The remaining balance will be due before the time of the party.
Cancellations
Party deposits are non-refundable two weeks prior to the event. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your party for an additional $50.00, if given a 5 days NOTICE. If party is cancelled 24 hours in advance of your party, then 50% of total balance will be charged to your credit card on file.
If GoGirl must cancel the party due to extreme weather conditions or serious illness, we will return your full deposit or make alternate party arrangements.
Travel Fee
All travel fees are mileage based from zip code 44121 to your location.
0-40 miles round trip there is no travel fee.
41-70 miles round trip is $30 travel fee.
71-99 miles round trip is $40 travel fee.
100 miles and over roundtrip is negotiable.
Attendance
Maximum attendance for the spa parties is 15. All packages include 7 girls; the guest-of-honor is included in this count. GoGirl will contact you 72 hours prior to the party to confirm a final head count. Once the final head count is confirmed, no additional guest will be allowed to be added. If on the day of the event a child is not in attendance, you are still required to pay for that guest.
GoGirl is responsible for hosting your party and ensuring that all guest are participating in the activities. We are not responsible for the behaviors of guest. It is your responsibility to monitor and take charge if a child is not behaving well, becomes ill, or does not wish to participate.
Late Arrivals
GoGirl Spa Parties are based on a schedule and we want our guest to enjoy the services and their time with us. Services will begin at the time reserved, a 15 minute grace period will be allowed. After the grace period, we are unable to wait on other guest to arrive. Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to. We will not start the party until the Guest-of-Honor has arrived. If the Guest-of-Honor arrives after the grace period, then there will be a $20 fee for every 20 minutes after.
Photography
GoGirl Mobile Spa reserves the right to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by GoGirl Mobile Spa, in perpetuity, and for use by GoGirl Mobile Spa. Your participation in a GoGirl Mobile Spa event constitutes your agreement that you or your party guests will make no monetary or other claim against GoGirl Mobile Spa for the use of photographs of your child, guest, and/or party.
Allergies
GoGirl Mobile Spa is not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any costumes or consuming any food or beverages before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guest parent/guardian to inform the client of any dietary restrictions. Please notify us of any allergies when booking your party so we can accommodate all guest.
